Bed and Breakfast Travel Gift Certificates: If you know someone that needs to get away for a weekend, these can be bought for a country and used all over.

Hotel Gift Vouchers: You can buy these for a chain of Hotels, then the receiver can use them anywhere. For instance you can buy a Hilton one and use it at any Hilton hotel.
